FBI Agents Take Virginia Resident for Facebook Posts, Roommate says,“he goes before a judge at the hospital from what we have been told.”

Chesterfield Police, the FBI and Secret Service agents have detained Brandon Raub of Richmond, Virginia who spent tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, known as a “respected” Marine and squad leader. On August 16th, at around seven in the afternoon, law enforcement agencies arrived and unlawfully arrested Raub at his house, alone at the time while his roommates were doing other things.
Despite not having any actual reasoning as to why Brandon was arrested, law enforcement did question the 26-year-old about his recent Facebook posts, which overall criticize the nature of what the United States government is today. Making the arrest a very suspicious one.
After calling the Chesterfield police station, an officer noted that their department is not involved with the case; FBI officials are undergoing the investigation.
According to Kati Wood, Raub’s close friend and roommate, “he was taken, the local police said they were charging him with resisting arrest and assaulting a police officer,” although Wood believes Raub never countered the agents entering the house with any force. Just the next morning, Raub’s family and loved ones called the Chesterfield PD to learn that he wasn’t even booked at the jail, showing the lack of transparency.
Kati explained, “When we called the morning of 8/17 they told us he had never been booked. We had to contact FBI agent to find out where he was.” Which led the family to discovering Brandon was at John Randolph Medical Center in Hopewell, VA. Today around 10:00-10:30AM, “he goes before a judge at the hospital from what we have been told. We believe this is going to take place early in the morning.”
The mother, brother and girlfriend of Brandon Raub have all commented on his state of mind, which Kati described as, “sound minded, level headed and logical,” and in an interview done by WTPN Brandon’s mom said his mind was, “completely healthy” when discussing the situation on Saturday.
When visiting the hospital, Brandon told his roommate, “I love the American people with all my heart.” Showing his persistence to remain peaceful through what is going on, although struck by the power grab US government officials have taken. While visiting, Raub also reminded Wood that he was never read his Miranda rights nor did officers present a warrant during the arrest.

The reason they want to charge him with assault on a police officer is because that would make him a felon, meaning that he would not be able to have a firearm…. someone says something you dont like, stick them with a felony and one by one the people they dont like are disarmed so the sheep can be hearded

The current govt is repugnant to the Constitution. All of our Marines should be marching the gates of the white house and arrest this administration. They continually commit high treason against The People. Where are the generals???? Why the silence???? Are you all bought and paid for??? Where are the militias written of in the Constitution, that are there to protect the people from a rogue criminal government??? Where is anyone??? How about the 180 plus countries We The People have been propping up financially for over half a decade??? Is everyone just a whore to the administration…doing their bidding for the money? Sadly they know Exactly what they are doing! It is to Instill FEAR among Citizens! As a Nation we need to start over from scratch with just the Constitution & Bill Rights!!! I mean that literally by the Way! A new Constitutional Convention with States Sending New Individuals that are Not Current or Past Politicians or Lawyers! Never again will we allow Lawyers to create Laws that are made to Confuse and Mislead!! All 3 Branches will have Term Limits with a Max Number of Terms at any Level or Branch of Government! All Laws will be in Plain English! No more trying to Interpret Laws and twist what was Written!! English as the Official UNIFYING Language!! You are not black, white, yellow, red, brown or any other Classification! You are either 100% AMERICAN or Leave the Great Country!

AS I passed this on, I heard NO WAY, and WHAT ABOUT OUR RIGHTS? from folks and my response is ?????pull your head out of the sand my friend. Our rights, we GAVE those away by proxy!! You can’t count on the 6 o’clock news and truly believe you are getting any kind of a whole picture. Because, unfortunately, certain factions, who have a hand in the mixer so to speak, allow only PABLUM to make it into the public domain. The rest you have to SEARCH, ACTIVELY all over the world to learn what is going on in OUR country!! CRAZY~ God Bless this man and Angels keep him safe from harm. Namaste~

Please become more informed about the evil and deceit happening in our country and be prepared for resisting the rfid chipping in Obamacare forced on all in the near future in order to buy and sell.
